  0 Star, By far on this day Aug. 4th, 2026 THIS IS THE WORST BANK I EVER WENT INTO! Look at their ratings and tgen ask how they will stay open. My wifes account is here and I have a Credit Card by them, under my name and I am on my wifes account. They wanted to charge me 2.5% to cash a check that was a 1st bank check. PNC is no good, pick a better bank. I bent that card right in front and told them, I will not longer use then and they said they didn't care. My wife will be leaving after this. BMO is way better...

  Did PNC close the Ken Caryl branch? Ice been calling for 7 minutes for an urgent need & there isn't even an answering service.

  Shame on PNC upper management for understaffing branches during the transition for firstbank. 2 tellers in the morning is unacceptable. Also, no one sits at the desks anymore for account openings or wire transfers. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been lovely, my issue is with corporate running the branches so poorly.

  I've been a 1stBank customer for about 30 years. PNC has been a terrible switch. They do not have the ability to make a wire from one PNC business bank account directly to another PNC bank account so i can pay my rent. On the phone with them now and they have confirmed they don't know how to make this happen. Very disappointing. FOLLOW UP - haha, no I'm not contacting you via facebook or x. I'd love a call or an email or an in person meeting, as i think those are still acceptable methods of communication. If you care to contact me through those methods, feel free. Too funny.
