- JMJupiter Maroon2 days ago1.0Stayed with my FirstBank account for so long because they are real people who at least made you feel like they wanted whats best for you. Then suddenly a random monolithic bank acquires it, charges you a ton of fees without your consent, and charges you more fees on top of those fees when you cant afford the first fees. They refuse to close my account because they keep adding “pending transactions” to my account to keep me from closing it. I am literally getting extorted for money and I had no say in any of these changes to MY account. They dont care about the stress this is putting on me and I recommend going anywhere else. Dont give these money hungry jerks any more money.

Waiting painfully for someone to help, never ever ever had this issue with firstbank. This bank, if there is a 'pending charge' just know you're going to have two pending charges. Then you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get someone to help you to get your own money bank. Now I can't pay my rent because this pending charge can take days to fall off, if it even does, because this bank is so incompetent. I can't wait to switch banks!
