Horrible customer service at the drive up. Sent my deposit up and no one bothered confirming they were working on it for about 6 minutes. I had to press the call button about 10 separate times to get ahold of someone to confirm, then finally got a rude man saying “I’m busy with other customers I’ll be right with you” I’ve been here currently waiting 15 minutes now and counting.

There is no reason the drive through should take 10-30 minutes. Slow slow slow. I miss 1st Bank and will be switching all my $ elsewhere.

Had a bit of a wait at this location. Came in for questions about my account and the transition. Employees seemed to be in good spirits under the circumstances. The person that helped me answered all my questions and put me at ease with my accounts.

I used to appreciate banking with 1st Bank and was extremely disappointed to see that my first drive up experience with PNC took over 20min. The car in front of me waited patiently for a very long time for the teller to finally get back to them so when I came up to the window, I started my stopwatch. When it got to minute 10 of waiting, I called the teller and she unprofessionally told me that she was servicing a person who did a walk up, even though there was a line of cars in the drive-through. I was told to wait and I would be next. It ultimately took me 15 minutes to just do a basic deposit in a drive-through. I’m extremely disappointed.
