  I was the 1st bank customer for 33 years, with absolutely NO problems at all. Until PNC came along. Everything at every level is spelling chaos and incompetence - the statements make no sense, the customer service is nonexistent, if you are patient enough to spend at least an hour on the phone until someone picks up the phone. Awful is the most mild description

  Incredibly horrible experience at the PNC at Kipling and Jewel. I was depositing a small amount of money into my account at the drive up banking window. It took literally 18 minutes to do so. Just sitting, waiting, pressing the call button. Horrible. Will 10/10 never go back to this location.

  I had a great experience at this location, I understand the transition from 1st bank to PNC has not been easy. So the line was long and it did it take a lil more time than usual. But ShaDe was very pleasant and professional, as the other girls were also. I will be returning.

  PNC only gets worse. So sorry I stayed there after Firstbank. Just today - today I try to pay my pet sitter on zelle and it comes back and says she has 14 days to sign up for zelle. She has many other clients to pay with zelle no issue. then I get a letter from PNC in Ohio, no name on the letter, that my 'line of credit will expire blah blah' on an account I closed over a month ago. There is no one to call because unless you have some magic code number for the account they refuse to talk to you and the account is closed so I do not have this magic code number, the tellers know nothing about how to handle anything and it is a 30 min wait in line to get to see a teller. There are 7 teller ports with maybe 2 people working who know nothing. There are a half dozen empty desks. no wonder no one wants to work there would you? I hate pnc it has wrecked banking life.

  Huge mistake in my life to stick with PNC from first bank. Everything has been an absolute nightmare. None of the employees know what is going on or what their programs are. One of the many stupid things is that you are looking right in the eye of the teller and she has to send you a text to your phone and then you have to give her back that number. Some old guy was standing next to me and said his phone was not set up for text Huge mistake I should have switched to a regular normal Bank
