Me and my dad closed our accounts today!! Screw this bank's system just another way for the RICH to rob the poor. This location had the worst manager nothing she said made sense basically told us "to deal with it" so we did! Going to Chase bank

Ever since PNC bank took over First Bank, it's been a full on disaster. I closed my account and moved all my assets elsewhere.

Went in to withdraw cash. Múltiple tellers, most of them on their phones. Waited about 15 mins. Finally got to the teller. Get told I have to have my debit card for them to access my account. Even with multiple forms of ID and the app. Icing on the cake was the teller’s snide comment about how customers are responsible for having their card, even after I explained I’ve been waiting for weeks and made multiple attempts to get one sent after the transition. If I had my card I woulda gone to the ATM. Wasn’t real fond of FirstBank, but at least they allowed withdraws with ID. Congrats guys. You’ve encouraged me to find a different bank to go through.

PNC has totally messed up First Bank. The moment I have time to actually research better banks I will close all my accounts. Thanks for screwing up a great local bank PNC. You are terrible
