I honestly do not know if I care for this bank to my utmost desire since things seem to lock, decline and app seems almost always shut down. BUT to see me through an issue today, I had the MOST excellent, hospitable service today by Aimee! Although PNC may not be the best from my experience so far, Aimee made sure I felt heard, seen and went above and beyond to help me out. She is a wonderful character to have in the customer service industry and for that I will keep coming back to this bank!

- R1Rich 123Jul 15, 20261.0Ever since PNC bank took over First Bank, it's been a full on disaster. I closed my account and moved all my assets elsewhere.
- DDDannyJul 10, 20261.0Went in to withdraw cash. Múltiple tellers, most of them on their phones. Waited about 15 mins. Finally got to the teller. Get told I have to have my debit card for them to access my account. Even with multiple forms of ID and the app. Icing on the cake was the teller’s snide comment about how customers are responsible for having their card, even after I explained I’ve been waiting for weeks and made multiple attempts to get one sent after the transition. If I had my card I woulda gone to the ATM. Wasn’t real fond of FirstBank, but at least they allowed withdraws with ID. Congrats guys. You’ve encouraged me to find a different bank to go through.
