  I will strongly suggest that no one bank at this Bank they charge me $500 to cash my check and the customer service was horrible

  This was my home bank for years with FirstBank. Service dropped considerably overnight with the PNC acquisition. Edit: I don’t use X or Facebook. I have to call a teller to receive a deposit slip, tellers who are already understaffed and busy, then I have to wait for them to service the deposit. Waited 10 mins at this branch, never even received a deposit slip. Went to another branch and waited another 25 mins before a deposit was completed. I was a customer of Firstbank for years with both personal and business accounts. I will be switching banks.

  Just went to wire some funds. This place is way understaffed. Waited over an hour. Lesley some staff issues after the merger with PNC.

  They couldn’t find an account with a drivers license, social, address and password. This has happened to multiple others. They were extremely unprofessional. I had to go from the drive through to inside because they said they weren’t sure where my drivers license went that was tubbed to them. The teller “found it” in her stack of papers and cash.

  I will be closing out with PNC and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same. PNC aquiring my bank has truly been an abysmal experience. I lost access to my bank accounts immediately and without warning, and all attempts to enroll in PNC were plagued by software errors. In the time that I couldn’t even check the balance of my account, utilities hit my checking account (which I couldn’t add a paycheck to) and overdrafted me. In the week of time I was checking my mail for account activation info, which I never ended up recieving, PNC managed to deliver not one, but two overdraft notices to my mailbox. If you’re wondering if PNC is reasonable in situations like these that they’ve literally created, I fear I have other news for you. They will not waive overdraft fees incurred as a result of their own negligence and company wide mismanagement. I will be leaving this bank and I will never reccomend it to friends and family. I will actively dissuade total strangers from using PNC. Please fail.
