I waited 3 weeks to get access to my bill pay, and finally cancelled my accounts. PNC continued sending scheduled bill payments, but wouldn't tell me what they were for or when they would go out. I finally got a call from corporate, the best they could do is MAIL me a list of bill pay transactions that had cleared my account. I could already see this in my bank activity. I needed access to payees, and payment schedules. Awful customer service. I spent several hours a day on the phone with them for 3 straight weeks. And still got nowhere. Truly brutal.
