  Well, the difference between First Bank and PNC is showing already. PNC could care less about you or your relationship with the bank, even if you have been banking with First Bank for 40+ years. Actively looking for a new bank.

  My experience with the transition to PNC bank had some challenges, but Samantha and Dumi were so helpful!!! They answered all of my questions and were so friendly and professional.

  NOT Impressed. The Teller didn't know how to process an external debit card transaction. His name was literally "Dumi." There were 2 tellers getting their butts kicked and 4 other employees at desks that didn't dare look up or make eye contact with the 12 people in line. I even said something loud enough so I knew that they could hear me. PNC is gonna be just like Wells Fargo, no help, no knowledge and no business from me. I'm looking to get out of PNC STAT!
