  I’ve had an awesome experience working with Lisa at South State Bank. She’s been extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to explain different options in a way that actually makes sense. Whether it’s questions about accounts, loans, or just day-to-day banking stuff, she never makes you feel rushed or like you’re asking a dumb question. She’s quick to respond, great with follow-through, and you can tell she really cares about her customers. It makes a big difference having someone like Lisa to go to instead of feeling like you’re just dealing with a random bank. I’d highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone dependable and on top of things at South State Bank.

  This location has been great to work with for my business. I started working with Lisa Trujillo and her team before the merger with SouthState Bank, and I'm happy to report that they are providing the same great service with even more banking products than before. Just to highlight their "going beyond" attitude, I recently accidentally transferred too little into my payroll account. Rather than doing an overdraft and charging me a fee, they called me on the phone to let me know the issue, and I was able to fix the transfer right then and avoid any penalties (or, worse, upset employees!) If you're looking for a bank that is actually looking out for you, I'd definitely recommend taking your business to this branch of SouthState.
