I just needed a cashiers check, and he decides to mention twice that my “account is depleted” and “severely depleted”. Thanks for the input, but I don’t need you telling me your opinion of my account balance. I’m sure anyone else wouldn’t want this either. Not to mention all he did was talk about himself, which was the absolute last thing I want to hear. I truly could not care less, if you and your sister went to the same school. Just put the check in the envelope, and keep your comments to yourself next time.
- JGJanet GAug 4, 20261.0I am in the process of closing all of my PNC accounts (both business and personal). Business as usual is not an option at this branch! First of all, I have been there several times since the takeover from FirstBank. The teller line is typically into the lobby and I've never seen more than one teller working. The customer service phone number is unhelpful at best. It is almost as if everyone at the bank and monitoring customer service is a new hire. The employees are lethargic and overwhelmed. My daughter switched her accounts to Capital One and received a bonus for transferring! I am sad because I have been a customer of FirstBank since 1992. What a pity.

This merger is absolutely mess… it’s effect my credit card ( different benefits), my checking accounts ( direct deposits and auto pays) and my loyalty to bank. They put me to rough road, but I will survive. Reading reviews and PNC reports ( only less than 2% of first bank customers not happy with transition) , I’ll tell you that should not trust your money this bank. Be nice to the staff. Staff is going through this change too with us customers. Spread joy. Everyone is very helpful.
