- KDKatherine “Katy” DSep 18, 20241.0I was there a week or so ago, and both employees were rude and dismissive of my online banking questions. The manager just laughed inappropriately at my log in frustrations and the teller sat on her cell phone swiping while ignoring me. This is the second visit to this location, I am from an out of state bank, the 1st visit I must have walked in during a conversation where the same 2 ladies, manager and teller were talking about friending each other on social media, and trash talking their employment. It was such an uncomfortable experience and unprofessional. Neither of these ladies should work with the public, embarrassing for your image.
