  Absolutely horrible banking experience. Our employees have an account with them. The bank froze their deposits for over a month and kept extending the freeze without communication. We verified the checks were legitimate, still no release or refund. Manager was nice but that company and policies are awful.

  Alyssa is positively exceptional and went above and beyond to help remedy an issue I was having with an account that was locked due to a fraud scheme I endured 6 months ago. She greeted me at the entrance, directed me to a teller to help me with a separate issue I was having with the ATM outside, then addressed my account matter directly and promptly - mind you this was right before they were to close at 5pm on a Thursday. She followed up the next day and called me once the matter was resolved. Alyssa may very well be the most outstanding bank employee I have ever interacted with during my entire adult life. She deserves kudos, praise, and a promotion there once a position becomes available - she is simply the best! Thank you so much!

  De verdad que este banco es un desastre El servicio y su forma de trabajar La verdad que no te ayudan en nada 👎me sacaron dinero de mi cuenta y nunca me respondieron por el Llame servicio al cliente y me pasaban a representantes como unas siete veces es el peor banco que e tenido les dejo mi experiencia para que no les pase lo mismo

  Zelle only works from a phone, not a desktop. WHY?? And they cut my limit down to 1,000. I cashed out; went to a real bank.

  this bank is terrible the people here aren’t the kindest especially one girl there app genuinely sucks it’s always down how are you “good bank” if you app never works??? yeah id recommend to switch banks because pnc is not reliable
