- APAaron PJul 1, 20261.0Every time I try to go to the ATM it has $1 bills and $10 bills and gives a maximum withdrawal of $75. What bank in their right mind keeps $1 bills in an ATM??? I asked them about it and they tried to tell me that it's from other customers depositing those bills, but that's strange they are in numerical order in a fresh stack from the mint. So no, they're not from deposits.
- SSS StarJun 30, 20261.0I would give negative 10 stars if I could! At the location of Hwy 34 and 23rd Ave the customer service has been terrible! I tried to close my 1st Bank account on 06/16 before the merger to PNC. The teller named Warren distributed my funds, and told me the account balance was zero and my account was officially closed. Turns out it was not closed, and a charge went through THE NEXT DAY making the account overdrawn by $12. I went into the branch today to yet again close the account, and was told I need to make an appointment. I told the teller Mayra about my previous attempt to close the account, gave the name of previous teller (he was working there today) and nothing was done. How can they not be held accountable for such a drastic mistake?!?!?! I AM WARNING ANYONE WHO CLOSED THEIR 1ST BANK ACCOUNT TO DOUBLE CHECK TO ENSURE THE ACCOUNT WAS ACTUALLY CLOSED!! ESPECIALLY IF DONE AT THIS BRANCH LOCATION!

They have conveniently kept 1k several times on a withdrawal- which makes me inclined to believe that’s not an accident. &countless issues just til I could get out of there &go to another bank. So unless you don’t care about your money…STAY AWAY from this horrible bank. If you do not heed this warning- don’t say I didn’t warn you.
