Where is Bank in Colorado they wanted to charge me $500 5% of my check to cash it go bank at KeyBank or somewhere way better this bank is horrible

Bought out firstbank, fired a ton of employees, and now service is terrible, banking with them is terrible, the app is terrible, and the cashiers are terrible.

I closed my FirstBank/PNC accounts a month ago and I'm still getting emails to activate my debit card. PNC, do not contact me again.

RIP FirstBank. People, PNC didn't earn your business, they just thought they would buy it. Closed all my accounts today. 2 stars because the process went smoothly, they barely asked why I was leaving.

I was a 1st bank customer for over a decade and always had gotten taken care of. This switch over has been nothing but a nightmare. I wish I could give pnc zero stars cause thats what they deserve. Deposited a check to pay bills, cause 1st bank gave there customers 500 dollar same day credit. Now I cant even close my account until tomorrow when they release my funds! Avoid this place at all costs. I really miss 1st bank already!
