  I’ve visited this PNC location twice needing help with transactions that weren’t typical teller requests, and unfortunately, both experiences were poor. Since Deb Amriz is at the first desk you encounter when entering, I naturally approached her for direction. Both times, I found her to be dismissive, unfriendly, and rude when I tried to get her attention. On my most recent visit, I was directed to the teller, where I received more attitude when I asked for the two managers I had been told to meet with, even after explaining they should be expecting me. First impressions matter, especially in banking. Based on both of my experiences, I would not consider bringing my banking business to this PNC location. Having a friendly greeter or someone available to direct visitors would make a significant difference.

  Since becoming PNC bank the service is CRAP. I've called 1-800 number multiple times for our business accounts - I never ever got a human. While wading thru their phone menu from hell, they would either disconnect me, or tell me "I'm sorry I can't help you with that request". I used to send my clients to First Bank, I will NEVER send someone to PNC. And I will be closing all my accounts there next week. Good riddance.

  Worst place ever refused to cash one of their own checks. Craig wanted me to come back when I acquired a driving license and a passport to cash my settlement check. First of Craig I dont drive and so I cannot obtain a driving license. I had more than 2 ways to ID. I went in with my veterans ID, a state issue ID, and a social security original card. And they still refused. Called corporate and they affirmed that I should have been able to cash my check without a license and passport. My id's were acceptable. Not only that but I had drive 16 hours to my nearest pnc bank.

  This bank sucks. Fees that didnt exist at 1st bank. If you want to deposit a check by phone, you have to pay a fee to get your money same day

  The people at the Harmony branch are great, but some of the new PNC policies since purchasing 1st bank are forcing me to look at other banks. They demanded updated court documentation on an estate account in order to change the account back to what I had at 1st bank. Filing with the court cost $1500. I am definitely moving that money and probably closing my other accounts. There have been a long stream of minor problems we've faced with our other accounts because of the conversion. It has been anything but the "boring" they advertise.
