  It has nothing to do with this branch, but PNC has been nothing but a nightmare since they bought 1stbank. Atrocious customer service when you call and ridiculous policies that prevent you from spending your own money. I was with 1stbank for almost 30 years but I'm leaving this terrible institution after 30 days.

  They are charging us outrageous fees for being forced to have our money. This is the second time we’ve had to go stand in line to get the fees removed. We are done with PNC. Taking our money elsewhere. PNC sucks. Never ever had an issue with First Bank. PNC is the worst.

  I closed my first bank accounts before the transfer to pnc. I’ve been there in person four times and have called three times to close my account with them. It’s still open. What part of close my account do you not understand? And it’s not just me. Go to the bank and ten people waiting in line with two tellers.

  Went here a few of times in the last month since the merger. I was previously a FirstBank customer and now was forced to become a PNC customer. The transition has not been pleasant. Every week, I go to cash checks I have received. I was told I needed 2 forms of ID now. One bank told me I needed their PNC debit card to cash my checks through my personal account. I have not had a debit card in years and don’t need one. I will not pay the debit card fee just to use it to cash checks. That’s a rip off. Several times I have waited in line for 40min in order to cash my checks. One time I had to leave the drive thru because not one car was moving. One other time, I waited in the drive through for 20min before anyone even came on to greet me. It was another 20min until the transaction was completed and there were cars piling up behind me. I had pushed the service button to ask for my deposit back so I could leave for an appointment but no one came on. I walked up to the front door and there were so many people inside, I couldn’t even get in the door. So I had to wait because I couldn’t ask for the deposit. When the lady came on, she was confused about who she was talking to which made me uncomfortable about her getting my transaction correct. I started to ask her something but she cut the camera off right when I started talking. That experience cost me 40 min of my time. The small town bank we have been at for 40yrs is now someone who doesn’t care one bit. The tellers tell us to be patient while we all transition but this was not a bank we chose to bank with. This should be smooth and not uncomfortable. This is not a merger we choose and we will be looking elsewhere to bank.
