  I want to make clear that my complaint is not about PNC employees. The employees I have dealt with have been professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. The problem is PNC as an institution. Since the June transition, I still have accounts I cannot properly access and historical statements I cannot obtain. Months of calls have not resolved these issues. PNC needs to provide its employees with the systems and authority necessary to actually solve these problems. The employees are doing their best. The system behind them is failing its customers.

  If I could give this bank no stars, I would. Used to LOVE First Bank and did all my business and personal banking with them. PNC is an absolute disaster. Locked down and changed accounts, sending my non-payment and delinquency notices because they are unable to properly process previously existing auto payments. I have made multiple complaints and no one can resolve this issue. I get a call every morning from PNC (this is their effort to contact me to figure things out) and when I pick up, the call automatically disconnects. It would be comical if it wasn't so frustrating... My husband have spent HOURs trying to deal with them and have finally decided to move all our accounts to a different bank. STAY AWAY.

  Not too thrilled with the PNC takeover of First Bank. Has nothing to do with the employees there, but tons of issues with the transfer of accounts. Including one major issue where PNC locked my kids savings account from First Bank into a very low interest CD at PNC and are now telling me and my kids that we can't access their money until September of 2027. We didn't sign for or approve of this. So frustrated. Looking to take banking elsewhere locally.
