  This was First Bank until last month. It was the most awesome bank I had ever had in my 80 years. When PNC bought it we were promised that it would stay the same. To be ahead of the rush I followed their instructions way back on May 12. I am very sad to say that was a big fat lie. I have had nothing but problems since it became PNC. I have spent hours on the phone with them and spent 2 hours yesterday in person. PNC needs to hire non-tech people and non-bankers to proof their systems. If I can’t use it, there are probably thousands of people who are considering leaving PNC. I feel so badly for the wonderful employees that were First Bank and now have to work for this terrible company and are trying hard to help their prior customers. It is worse than Wells Fargo! Reply to the PNC answer. I do not use Facebook for business. And I never use X.

  Bought out first bank for Literal dog water services. Charges for check deposits, you can only NOW transfer a certain amount a month/week or something from your two accounts.The employees are great and have helped to the best they can it’s the company. For a multi million dollar company they sure like to push over customers for more money.
