They are closing my accounts due to the industry I work in, which is fine.. even though I told them where I worked when I opened my account 3 years ago. However I have been trying to pay my car loan off for them for about 6 days now and it is damn near impossible. It wont let me do it on the computer. Same issue on the phone app. They close at 5 and you cant pay it at the ATM. Granted I will say it wasnt difficult with my checking from them before they closed it. I have trouble getting there by 5 from work. Finally got there today after battling traffic for 45 minutes with my payout in cash since i couldnt figure out the online. I got there at 5 and they lock the doors of course. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back across town failing once again to pay this, just to try this again tomorrow. This has been the biggest headache. Least they could do is have the drive through open till 6.
