  Just was forced over from first bank! What a load of crap this place is! I am closing my account today.

  They don't honor appointments. Don't waste your time here or with any PNC.

  I really wanted to give this location grace for the merger between 1st bank and PNC. I waited over an hour to just close an account. It got to me being next, and Ella's appointment showed up 20 minutes early, and her next after appointment. So instead of getting through folks that were waiting before the appointment time, she decided to take appointments early stating they were a priority. When I only just had to close my account. That was it. She told me that's how it works they are priority. Which isn't right- because managing time correctly you don't skip ahead. I would've been done before her actual appointment time. Thankfully, I will go to my normal location and they always make it right. This location was lacking communication heavily!

  They charged me LOT service fees that I shouldn’t have been paying according to their own disclosure agreement and when I called customer service to ask about it they hung up on me.

  This branch is INCREDIBLE! FIVE STAR SERVICE! The employees here truly care. I came in for just a checking account and the banker I worked with took the time to review my financial goals and priorities with me on top of taking care of my new account. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about my financial situation, rather than just trying to sell me another account. I’ve never felt so cared for as a customer. Towards the end of the appointment, the branch manager even came over to introduce himself and ask if there was anything more they could do to assist me.
