  The down to branch is further from where I live The one on Spear is a lot closer But if I’m coming from downtown on Friday and I need to get cash, I just get off the bus and go across the street and then go get back on the bus and go back home But the downtown location everyone is very nice and I am willing to help you before Covid happens I was going to Speer location and they hated me only because I have a mental disability and they could tell that I was like they are That I love the employees at your downtown location. They are very kind sweet and very helpful..

  I have been with Vectra Bank for over a year. Sandra Cafuentes who is the branch manager at this location has raised the standards when it comes to banking. Though there are a few branches closer to me, I prefer to drive a few extra miles if I need to see a banker in person. The reason? The customer service and friendly staff makes all the difference. Thank you, Sandra and team!
