  PNC Bank made what should have been a simple transaction unnecessarily difficult. I wrote my son a check from my Wells Fargo account to pay off his vehicle, and PNC refused to take it. Even worse, they suggested the check could be fraudulent. We're not talking about an unusual transaction, just a normal bank check from one of the largest banks in the country. This experience is exactly why I prefer larger, more established banks that know how to handle legitimate customer transactions. Extremely disappointed.

  I am new to PNC after having a FirstBank account for many years. When I walked in I was greeted and by employees. The service was very friendly and helpful

  I want to give a shout out to my new banker Jesse who made the process smooth easy and as fast as he could I came in almost at closing still made it happen in a timely fashion smooth paste easy to comprehend and just was a great experience come to this exact location for your banking services specially to open a new account ask for Jesse rest of the staffers cool everyone's nice polite great vibe great energy this is the spot for all your banking needs corporate I want Jesse to get a raise and a promotion

  What a nightmare. There is NO staff, and the people who are here are not helpful. They also had a Loomis truck in the parking lot who blocked me in and not only refused to move but then used a megaphone to say “please step away from the vehicle” as if I were some threat to him. I will absolutely be closing my accounts and move my business elsewhere. I wish first bank was still around.
