What a nightmare. There is NO staff, and the people who are here are not helpful. They also had a Loomis truck in the parking lot who blocked me in and not only refused to move but then used a megaphone to say “please step away from the vehicle” as if I were some threat to him. I will absolutely be closing my accounts and move my business elsewhere. I wish first bank was still around.

Closed my account before the switch from First Bank to PNC as PNC was already fumbling issues months ago during the transition. (Was told to "get over" 200 dollars being stolen from me) Yet, post account closure PNC still figured out how to snake 40 more bucks from me in post. Disgusting company, do not use.

Gutted everything that made FirstBank a good bank. Edit in reply to the bank: PNC's own employees have told me the branches are now understaffed. It's common to walk into a branch and find lines of 10 or more customers openly venting about switching banks. Many of FirstBank's best employees were not retained, and the difference in service is obvious. The phone support has been consistently undertrained and ineffective. During one call, it took several minutes just to explain how to spell my first name, "Kyle." Accessing my old accounts has required multiple branch visits and countless phone calls, and your employees still can't tell me how to locate a company ID in your system. The transition itself buried customers under an avalanche of letters, emails, and paperwork. There was plenty of unnecessary detail, but very little that actually helped customers navigate the conversion smoothly. Even your own employees seem exhausted and overwhelmed only a couple of weeks into the process. And now your solution is for me to take more time to message you privately on Facebook or X, platforms I don't even use, so this can disappear and not be public. I'd much rather see PNC devote some effort to fixing the underlying problems than asking frustrated customers to repeat them privately. It's pretty obvious what's happening here. PNC bought FirstBank because they believed they could extract more value for investors by cutting everything that impacts the bottom line. I'm sure the bonuses at PNC will be great this year, but the executives should look in the mirror and realize they're acting like opportunistic short-term profiteers. A few individual employees are great and trying their best to help, like Drew and Jesse. How's that for feedback, LA?
