  PNC bank is worst than Frist bank, they are not trained for a simple deposit!!!!

  Inefficient & unhelpful. I needed to send a wire transfer for my business. I was greeted when I entered and asked to have a seat someone would be with me shortly. I sat and waited for 10-15 minutes and no one helped me. I left. When this was 1st Bank I could send wire transfers as a teller transaction and yes they take 10 or so minutes to set up and execute but I waited 10-15 minutes and never even got to do what I went there to do.

  I hate pnc the app works sometimes. They took me off direct deposit. I tried to cash my check they wouldn't do it because I didn't have enough money in my account. I was with first bank 25 years never had a problem and I have problems with pnc in just a few months. Pnc do better people out here struggling and the customer service is trash.

  There should be a negative star option. At the risk of sounding hyperbole, PNC has been the worst experience with any bank, company of any kind in my life. After being logged out of my account during the first week of the transition - two 45 minute phone calls, unable to coordinate a pass code or password reset (CHASE did this within five minutes), snail mail a new pass code, sent extra passcodes without notification that would have voided the letter discussed, 3-5 business days turned into 7, now on vacation without access to mail. Locked out of account for over three weeks. Feel like my account have been held hostage. Customer service had good attitude at first, and now does not return my calls or emails. Closing account the absolute first second I can upon returning to town.
