Bad bad experience I walked in the branch and it was a lady who told me to wait in the waiting area. And one guy came after Me and she stared helping him instead of me I was the first in line. I walk away because is inside how the employees don’t know how to attend their customers.

Now I bank at PNC on Quebec Street in Denver Colorado I have high anxiety so I call the 1888 number to continuously see what's in the bank okay so I called almost every other day and I call and get the same amount each day and then suddenly I'm overdraft I know what my balance is because I keep calling the bank to make sure that there is money in the Bank and I haven't used my card for anything first they tell me I have 170 dollars in the bank and then I called the next day $170 now mind you I haven't used my card for quite a while and all of a sudden overdraft and the funny part is an overdraft of 123.00 dollars now what's that all about little upset with his PNC never had an overdraft with first Bank
