    What a terrible merge. The merge was a disaster and a failure. They did not properly manage to transfer my bank information properly and now I don’t have my paycheck!!!!! What a terrible mess and it’ll fall on me. They are blaming me saying that I failed to my notify my employer about my new bank account information but the other PNC agents were telling me I didn’t have to do a damn thing.

    Became the worst bank. I wish PNC didn’t bought out first bank. Switching over to wells Fargo is better than PNC bank trust

    DON’T DO IT. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNTS WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. LINE QUEUES CAN TAKE 1-2 HOURS! INSANE. THEY WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.
