Horrible customer service from some 80 year old woman named Beth who asked for my social after I already provided identification and also entered my pin with my debit card. I am never coming back to this branch and plan to withdraw all of my funds and close my account. There was no reason to ask for my social, I am an established customer. There seems to be some power-tripping at this branch by people who have nothing better to do than harass their own clients.

I am hesitant to leave a bad review but do not bank with PNC they have horrible customer sevice, flagged my legit deposit for fraud and it’s been over two weeks and I still can’t get my money. They keep telling me someone will call and no one ever does. It’s theft.
