  I have been to this bank FOUR times since June, spent over 5 hours trying to close an account- an incredibly simple task!- and every single time they say "I can't close it today, but I will make a note to myself and I will close it tomorrow." They still have not closed the account and it has been THREE MONTHS!!! I am so sick of watching the staff's hickeys heal! And having just gone in a fourth time, all they did was tell me to come in a FIFTH TIME!!!! I don't believe the staff here would close my bank account if I died in front of them. You can't even get support over the phone, just an ai agent that endlessly demands id numbers and PINs that don't exist

  Would give zero. Constant fraud, and unable to get the account closed via phone to fraud depth, or in person visit to 3 branchs. Each time there is "hold" on the account, and another fraudulent check is written....even a image of the check. Calling fraud line....recording stating 45 to 60 min wait. Seems like a lot of folks with fraudulent charges on their accounts. Take you money and time elsewhere.

  Literally sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes and was ignored when just politely greeting the teller. Completely unprofessional and all I wanted was a check

  Friendly staff. I use this primarily for business banking. I appreciate how they have tried to help me during the switch from First Bank to PNC, which carries various bureaucratic complications. I usually come during the workday and rarely have had to wait at all.

  Truly one of the most unhelpful, disrespectful services from a bank I’ve ever had. Will not be recommending or coming back. Save yourself from frustration go somewhere else.
