Este lugar tiene un personal demasiado negligente , ya era así antes cuando era first banco pero ahora es aún más he tenido que regresar 2 veces y tardado una hora y no me atienden , están solo vuebfise platicando no les importa el servicio al cliente , la última vez era la pen wta en la línea y aún así me llevo 45 minutos para poder hacer un depósito lo peor que puede haber

I went in, did my banking, and left. I don’t know what y’all are crying about. There were half a dozen employees playing engaging in some tomfoolery in the corner on the company’s dime, but when their labor surplus is being exploited, who’s to blame them?
