I have NEVER had an issue like this with any bank ever, until this company bought my bank. The most frustrating experience. Needless to say I will be finding a new bank as well after being with 1stBank for over 5 years

I’m not able to log in at all, not at home or anywhere else. When I got there, there was no one available to help right away. the employee simply told me to go back home and try again from there. That makes no sense — if I came to the bank, it’s because I had already tried to fix the problem on my own and couldn’t. There was a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help. I took time out of my day to resolve an issue and left without any solution. Terrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Customer service over the phone basically told me to go to a branch and that she could not help me with my account. PNC handled this transition like crap. If the visit does not go well, I will take my money elsewhere. The enshitification of all businesses continues.
