  Where do I start? The problems associated with the merger and the absolute horrendous customer service as PNC Bank blocked access to multiple accounts that I have at this horrid Bank. I maintain exceptionally large balances in all six of my accounts at this bank. Immediately after the merger, PNC refused to pay various creditors that were previously paid by First Bank automatically. I contacted the manager of this Branch, Danny, to try and fix all of these multitude of problems and received no response. I spent hours and hours on the phone with creditors who couldn't gain access to my new PNC accounts and PNC customer service if you can even call it that at PNC. They were either unresponsive or had no idea how to fix the issues. You are completely on your own to figure out workarounds to get your bills paid and or stop using PNC bank accounts entirely and start paying creditors on a credit card which is what I ended up having to do. How dare this bank block access to the money in my accounts!!! Do not Bank at this Bank! Failing to give access to funds certainly is a violation of all sorts of banking regulations. But the bottom line is, PNC doesn't care and I will be filing complaints with appropriate regulators. The response below from the bank is further proof of the utter incompetence of this bank. Contact you on third party apps, neither of which I use, to discuss this with you???? That's infuriating! How about you give me the contact information of a person who can actually help me? Why don't you initiate contact with me? You have my phone number on my banking information. It's disgusting how little you actually care about your customers and your response is further proof of this fact.

  Customer service is terrible and their fees are outrageous. I wish first bank never closed.

  I don’t like that you HAVE to have their PNC debit card; a legally valid photo ID won’t cut it FOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS!

  Well they suck. Terrible! So sorry to see 1st Bank gone. They certainly don’t give a damn about their customers disorganized terrible service. I visited the Ohio store.

  Dre was 11/10 and so was everyone else, the people aren't the problem, In fact they were the only redeeming aspect. Want a bad merge, want no money for father's day weekend? Use PNC they'll never NOT let you down.
