- BSBrian ScottJun 18, 20261.0Involuntary customer to due being a FirstBank customer. We were told we had access to our accounts till 8PM MT on 6/18. Attempted to transfer $8000 from my PayPal account that I use for business before then, shows on PayPal the transfer went through. Does not reflect in my bank account, spoke to customer service and she couldn’t see the transfer, but everything is ok she said, I’ll be able to access my money on 6/22! I will be closing all 3 of my accounts on 6/22. This has been in the works for months & you can’t give customers correct info ahead of time?? I have to drive across country this weekend. If I didn’t have access to credit cards I’d be in a world of trouble.

Now I can’t even get a simple response and the person that handled my accounts left and no one has replaced him. Moving to another bank asap
