  I produce a large scale festival and came in with A LOT of cash tips to be counted and they were really helpful and accommodating and not intimidated by the task. Thank you to the team at this location in particular! I highly recommend!

  Forced to join, was with 1st bank for 7 years and never an issue. I was just in the bank, and the managers walked away while I was standing in line. I stood in line for almost 10 mins, (which typically isn't a big deal, but I was on a quick break) and the same manager proceeded to do work on a computer next to the teller, but then proceeded to walk away and go to his office, not even a hello or we'll be with you in a minute. All the offices were full of "managers" or whatever they call themselves. I am in the hospitality business and that is not how you handle yourself in a leadership position. Very disappointed and will be moving banks. Do not join PNC, very little to NO customer service. Their only saving grace is the teller who is so sweet, and obviously overworked.

  STOP BUYING ALL THE BANKS! This is the third bank I've switched to as an attempt to get AWAY from PNC and you guys have bought out my bank!

  Involuntary customer to due being a FirstBank customer. We were told we had access to our accounts till 8PM MT on 6/18. Attempted to transfer $8000 from my PayPal account that I use for business before then, shows on PayPal the transfer went through. Does not reflect in my bank account, spoke to customer service and she couldn’t see the transfer, but everything is ok she said, I’ll be able to access my money on 6/22! I will be closing all 3 of my accounts on 6/22. This has been in the works for months & you can’t give customers correct info ahead of time?? I have to drive across country this weekend. If I didn’t have access to credit cards I’d be in a world of trouble.

  They recently acquired 1st Bank and I can’t get support for accounts etc. I have over 13 mortgages w them and 6 accounts and used to get very good personalized service. Now I can’t even get a simple response and the person that handled my accounts left and no one has replaced him. Moving to another bank asap
