was told by a cs person to go into a bank to close our account. Get there, checked in i think the manager said, "sure someone will help you". Waited for 20mins. For the guy to say, nope cant do that cuz you have money in it. WHAT? This is 1 reason (out of many) i'm closing my account. Just awful.

Booked an appointment at 9:30 AM to initiate a large wire transfer to an escrow agent for a home purchase. I arrived right on time and was placed in a queue with half a dozen other people who had not made appointments at all who were somehow prioritized over me. Completely abysmal customer service. I had to wait until 10:45 AM to be seen by a representative. What is the point of offering appointments if your employees are incapable of managing those appointments?
