  Booked an appointment at 9:30 AM to initiate a large wire transfer to an escrow agent for a home purchase. I arrived right on time and was placed in a queue with half a dozen other people who had not made appointments at all who were somehow prioritized over me. Completely abysmal customer service. I had to wait until 10:45 AM to be seen by a representative. What is the point of offering appointments if your employees are incapable of managing those appointments?

  Asked for two accounts: Simple Checking + Standard Savings but Branch Banker Vivek said you can't get a savings account with only Simple Checking (not true). Turns out he then opened a THIRD account without our consent. Wells Fargo can tell you what happens when extra accounts are opened without consent

  Asia, the bank teller, made my decision to never put another cent into my PNC account incredibly easy. Thank you, Asia, for miscounting my money several times. Thank you, Asia, for trying to withhold my money based on an address I didn’t know, even when I had multiple IDs, the app open in front of you with account numbers and recent transactions, my social security number which you verified, but still you wanted to hold my money from me. Thank you, Asia, for making a stressful situation, more stressful. Clearly this is what PNC stands for, a difficult time while trying to manage your own money.
