- BSBruce StevensJul 13, 20261.0This has to be the worst bank. That I've ever been in. It is so complicated to go and cash a check. A simple check, they want every single thing. And a blood type from you, this is the worst bank. I have ever been in in my entire life. Just for a simple check.

They have real human beings that pick up the phone if you have a question, need assistance, or have an issue. 10/10 experience in the 5 years we been with them.

Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by name and with a genuine smile. That kind of personal connection is rare. They’ve been incredibly supportive of my business, Hinman Pie, and I can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are without them. It feels less like a bank and more like a team that’s invested in your success. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bank that truly shows up for you.

When I called, I expected either AI robot responses or a worker annoyed by my call. Instead, I got the pleasure of being helped by Taylor! Not only was he incredibly kind and patient, but he also made it his personal goal to professionally and efficiently help me figure out exactly what I needed to do and how to get everything up and running. Even when I was satisfied with the process, he still went the extra mile to ensure everything worked exactly as intended. Overall, was a very pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend the bank. Thank you again, Taylor!
- EFEdson FarfanJan 9, 20221.0The crazy worst client service! The ATM doesn't work, you have to wait tons of time to withdraw 200 box. The bank app never worked. My suggestion: don't think to open and account in this bank. It's is the worst.
