  I was so lucky that Rose Mattison, from Greenville South Carolina was at the Conifer location today. She was such a blessing to my Aunt and myself trying to get her accounts in order and designate a power of attorney. Super customer service Rose, thank you PNC for your great service to my Aunt!!!

  I was extremely disappointed with the transition from FirstBank to PNC. I had been happy banking with FirstBank, but unfortunately, my experience changed dramatically after PNC took over. The level of service I experienced with PNC was frustrating and well below what I had come to expect. Even the process of simply closing my accounts became an unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant experience. Ultimately, I decided to move both my personal and business banking relationships to Bellco Credit Union, and I’m very happy I made the change. The difference in customer service and overall experience has been night and day. It’s unfortunate because I never intended to leave FirstBank, but after my experience with PNC, moving my accounts elsewhere was an easy decision.

  I tried to cash a check for $50.00 and the teller said they could only give me back $48.00 because I did not have an account there, though the check issuer had an account there... there are not many banks in Conifer, and so I requested my check back.

  Prior to the switch I went thru the process of getting my name on a friend's account to help him out with a few things. After going thru all the brain damage for that, the switch happened and I'm suddenly and without explanation no longer an authorized person on the account, despite my friend still wanting me to be. And we were told I can't be on his account because I live out of state. My friend has now had issue after issue with this bank in paying his bills online...because he was given the wrong routing number. That's resulted (thru no fault of his own) in late fees and other costs in time and money trying to straighten everything out. The PNC Conifer Branch is a disaster. Don't just walk away from this bank...run! As fast as you can. We're working to get him setup with another local bank now so he can be rid of this s***show of a bank.

  Terrible website! With First Bank I could always enter the description on EVERY transaction. Can't do that now with PNC. It chooses for you, and only has a couple of options if you want to change it. Please let me type my own description!
