However, the service I received today from the Woman in the drive-through window was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. I request that management look into this matter to ensure that customer service standards are maintained.

But what could have been a stressful situation turned into a beautiful reminder of kindness and community. The staff at Vectra Bank were absolutely incredible. Todd, in particular, went above and beyond to help me jump-start my car without hesitation. I’m so grateful for his compassion and generosity. Shout out to the amazing team at Vectra Bank—you’re not just great at what you do, you’re truly good people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
