  Though the service at this branch today was fine it remains the PNC experience. Their calendar was set for Wednesday September 29th. Look it up. That is not today's date.

  This location is awful, ive been sitting in the drive up line for almost 20 minutes and still have not been helped. Are car pulled up after me in the other drive up and got help before me. Going in is not much better This location is the worst

  I had an interaction with Mike the branch manager today asking for some insight as to why he has decided to remove the withdrawal and deposit slips from the bank for customers. My 1 star review is really about the customer service experience. He was very dismissive and almost bothered by my concerns. He simply wanted to finish the withdrawal and did not offer any solutions or insight. I mentioned to him that other branches I visit do not take as long as this branch and I believe one factor is the slips. Every single review so far is 1 star that should say something about the leadership of the branch.

  They are absolutely ridiculous. I tried to deposit to a business account and they refused to take the deposit. Went to the location down the road and they accepted the deposit no problem. This is the location that should be closing.

  I have multiple accounts at firsthank, now pnc. I wanted to open another account today, they said not possible as the were too busy and to check back tomorrow or schedule an appt online. Not convenient.
