They are absolutely ridiculous. I tried to deposit to a business account and they refused to take the deposit. Went to the location down the road and they accepted the deposit no problem. This is the location that should be closing.

I have multiple accounts at firsthank, now pnc. I wanted to open another account today, they said not possible as the were too busy and to check back tomorrow or schedule an appt online. Not convenient.

I honestly don’t have the time of energy to discuss all of the problems this bank has caused since buying out first bank. An absolute complete circus with no accountability! If you had first bank, I could not recommend to run away faster from these people!

Worse than previous name as 1st Bank, they should be named the last Bank! As a new face they will charge you more than you expect! Long waiting line with 5-6 cashier computers but only 2 of those are active! They will ask you 2.5 percent of your check when you want cash it as a non-member! I can say instead to hold 2x person at the entrance to make joke with people, please add more cashier to save people time at least. Stay away
