  Much like the other reviews here, I was a FirstBank account holder for years. Loved their service. Never had any issues with then, and if I ever any issues, they always quickly figured me out and got me help. PNC is the antithesis of this. They are slow. They are disrespectful. They do not care about you and it's such a shame that this is what took over and FORCED a change to them. I will be taking every last penny I have out of these people, and shutting down any account with them. I recommend you do the same, or better yet, never open with them to begin with.

  I closed my First Bank accounts well before the transition to PNC, specifically at this location. That didn’t stop PNC from opening new accounts in my name. I can’t get in contact with the 1-888 customer service corporate number because it disconnects every time or has a long wait time. I don’t have time for that. I just want my accounts closed, ones that should have never been created with PNC to begin with. I see that PNC has been responding to other reviews to contact their customer service via X or Facebook. I don’t have X or Facebook accounts, and I don’t want to create those either in order to talk to a customer service bot. I’d appreciate talking to a real human to fix this error ASAP.

  Pretty much a constant train wreck since the transition, the firing of hundreds of first Bank employees and now into the third week of it. Every visit has been a train wreck. Every time takes at least 30 minutes. I get lip service from corporate and when you call the 800 number you get told to go to the branch. I'm moving all of my banking to other locations and I encourage others to do so as well. I only had 37 years of incredible service here and only 3 weeks of terrible.
