  what a huge disappointment this transition has been. they don't leave you alone. they constantly bug you unless you need them for something and then you cannot get a hold of them. I tried seven times on Friday to get a hold of the bank. it kept pushing me through to sales bullshit. I don't want to buy anything from my bank. I don't want to give my bank anything other than what they already take. I have to reassign biometrics every single day because it doesn't recognize my face or my fingerprint. it is a croc. this bank has been horrible. currently looking for a new one. don't want to give you people another damn Penny.

  30 minute wait in the lobby. ATM out of service. After 30 years with 1st Bank and regularly using this branch for 10 years with no complaints, PNC is an absolute clown show.

  Thanks for ruining 1st Bank. No extra hours during the takeover. No extra support. I cannot make deposits. You sent a bunch of random debit cards w/out noting the account numbers they go to. PNC is the worst. We will be taking our business to Elevations Credit Union, Canvas Credit Union or Huntington. Years ago, I had a mortgage with PNC. The experienced was awful then too. If you are a 1st Bank customer and also sad, the credit unions above will happily help you!
