  Do not go to this branch. Total waste of time. Phone customer service explicitly told me to visit a branch with additional documents to set up my mobile banking. I brought everything and explained the situation, but the employee here was completely unhelpful. She just had me try entering info on my phone a few times, gave up, and told me to call customer service again. Unprofessional and zero problem-solving skills.

  If you're a First Bank customer, leave this new bank as soon as possible. They could not have handled the transition worse, absolute terrible service over an hour wait to even get a new debit card (that they are forcing you to get) and they should have mailed me but of course haven't. Have never left a "google review" once in my life, and still felt compelled to after my experience with PNC the last two days.

  I just went to 3 different branches because I was sent an email that I overdrafted my account. All 3 branches had lines out of the door. I tried using 3 different atms, none allowed me to deposit into my account. After 45 minutes waiting for a teller, I was finally able to deposit into my account, which was not overdrafted, no clue why they sent me a notification in the first place. Terrible excuse for a bank, honestly think they are ran by the dmv. This bank is Terrible.

  While I do think it’s really cool the bank is located on the same road as an injury lawyer firm and emergency medical services, I was a little bummed out at my service around one pm today with the second teller- she had very long dark hair. I had a few questions about my account and was rushed out and they were not answered. She did tell me my check would take 24-48 hours to process but that’s it. I had two more questions. Amazon was supposed to refund me I wanted to check that, and had other questions about my account. There were only two people behind me and the short older lady was dismissed by her right before me. If you’re having a bad day please try to drop it at the door so people don’t have to follow up with their usual bank, or have their life delayed. I know customer service can suck sometimes but I’m not confrontational or anything.

  My husband and I are customers of this bank, and this was our first time visiting this particular branch. We simply walked in and honestly did not expect to receive such an exceptional level of service. Rick, the branch manager, and Jason went above and beyond to help us. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared about our situation. They took the time to listen carefully, understand our problem, and worked with us until it was fully resolved. They also provided us with valuable advice and guidance that we truly appreciated. The amount of patience, professionalism, and personal attention they showed us is something we have rarely experienced in other branches or even other banks. They made us feel valued and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful to Rick and Jason for their outstanding service. We will absolutely return to this branch in the future and will specifically seek their assistance whenever we need help. Thank you both for turning what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one.
