  I’ve been a customer of this bank for a very long time. I’ve dealt with almost all employees at this location and they have all been very helpful with all my questions and issues (if I ever had any). This bank is instrumental to anyone looking to grow their business. Great bank to do business with, truly a community bank.

  We have been customers here for almost 50 years, since it opened as Arapahoe Bank and Trust in the 1970's, and have used practically every banking service: business loans, business and personal checking accounts, safe deposit boxes, savings accounts. We love being able to just drop in and have something notarized or ask a question. We love being able to move funds online between accounts. We have enjoyed great customer service over the years and came to expect that this was the norm in banking, until we had to deal with a large bank for the past year when settling a relative's estate. I don't think I can say the name but they have branches all over the US. We have to make appointments there to ask a question, and then usually wait 10 or 15 minutes past our appointment time to see someone. Every service we ask them for is a struggle. It has been such a frustrating experience. In contrast, the staff of this bank -- especially Penny, who we have had the pleasure of working with over this past year -- are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to spend the time it takes to meet our needs. If you are looking for a bank with a friendly, competent staff of people who are eager to serve you, I recommend you make this your bank.

  Wells Fargo closed its location on Arapahoe which means it’s time for a new bank. I mentioned this to the teller at 1st national and asked for some change. I was told this was against their policy to give me change for larger bills. Look at the bright side, one less bank to consider!
