  I have been a customer of First National Bank since I was 15 years old when it was still named Arapahoe Bank and Trust. I am still a customer today 35 years later, I am still a satisfied customer who will be banking at First National Bank the rest of my life. I have known most of the bank staff for a very long time, due to most of the staff have stayed on and made their careers there at the bank, since I first opened my account at 15 years old. When you walk into the bank you are greeted with a staff member smiling and asking how may I help you. Everyone, who works at the bank gets to know your name with sometime and takes pride in their work and making sure that your identity, account, and information is very secure. My story a couple months ago I had some trouble with a fraudulent check which I am grateful for the bank staff for catching it for me and calling me to come in and discuss it with me. When I arrived at the bank, I was met by Moisey who helped me understand what happened with the check and why the bank took the necessary caution, and steps to ensure that the check was real and not a fraudulent check. Eventually, with sometime and Moisey making the right and necessary calls talking with the fraud department other staff members. Moisey figured out what happened with the check, where it went, and what happened to the check. Once Moisey found the check, he made some more calls with me being they’re with him so we can do what we needed to do with the check. First National Bank, is a place that feels like home. All of the staff members treat you with respect. You will have a great experience banking at First National Bank.

  Wells Fargo closed its location on Arapahoe which means it’s time for a new bank. I mentioned this to the teller at 1st national and asked for some change. I was told this was against their policy to give me change for larger bills. Look at the bright side, one less bank to consider!

  If you are thinking about a mortgage, refinance, or home equity line of credit, make sure you go to First National Bank and learn about what they have to offer. We have worked with them for over 10 years and find that they always have a product that fits our needs. They have great rates, are friendly and very efficient. It is a joy to work with people who actually know us, understand our goals, and work diligently to help us reach those goals.
