  This banking system is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was was 1st bank for almost 20 years and now this change over has been absolute trash. Pretty sure charges they already came out have been coming out again. I will officially be moving banks. Do not use PNC.

  So far not impressed is above what I have experienced. Website is awkward to use and can't get anyone to answer the phone.

  My boyfriend and I are moving, I’m currently here in CO and he’s in OK. He received a check- I go to PNC to deposit HIS check into HIS account. We don’t have joint accounts, we don’t want joint accounts, I don’t want his banking information. Ever. PNC will not allow you to deposit someone’s money into THEIR account without me providing the account number? I don’t want that information, I shouldn’t be giving that information since I am not the account holder. I’ve been in banking for over 10 years and it is absolutely insane that they would make me take someone’s information and give it to them. If you don’t have the ability to look people up by social, date of birth, name, address, ANYTHING. You’re failing as a bank. I would never trust PNC with my information if I had to give it out to random people willy-nilly to make deposits. What a joke. Update: Notice how the PNC manager, addressing these complaints does not address any actual service complaints.
