This drive through line is atrocious. Still sitting in line while a write this review going on 20 minutes waiting because it's so slow. Only 1 out of 4 lanes open. No pens/deposit slips outside. Massive hassle and waste of time to simply put cash in the bank. Ever since PNC took over First Bank this has been a disaster. Not the employees fault, the management change has killed the customer service we used to get here. Guess profits go up though. Can't wait to close my account and go somewhere else!

Ever since they took over first bank I hated it. I’ve been trying to close my account and they are not helpful. Why is it so complicated to close an account???

Not a place I would bank since the two lines were long the.entire time and no one can to help the tellers even though at least two of the personnel seemed like they not very busy and chose not to improve customers' experience. It takes around 40 minutes to do a simple transition I noticed.

Sat in the drive thru for literally 16 minutes. They came on the speaker after 5 minutes when I called them and said they were busy and would get right to me. After 14 minutes I pressed call again until they came on and asked them to please return my deposit so I could leave. It still took another 2 minutes
