PNC acquired First Bank and it has been a horrible experience. The are entirely inept. I can't access my account or money. The local branches are lost with the transition and unable to assist. Their online and phone customer service are rude and hang up on you repeatedly. I have been trying to close my account and they keep putting me on a transfer loop. It's like being robbed by your own bank. Do not bank here and if you are trapped by this acquisition like I am, God speed. Shame on you PNC and I will be contacting the BBB as well.

PNC bought First Bank. It is a disaster. I'm trying to set up my accounts and it's impossible. They have Zelle only in the app butthe app is always unavailable. Business accounts are impossible to access. I'm going to a different bank. I don't trust them with my business
