    It's so nice to see the same four friendly faces every time I visit. Every employee is welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. This reminds me of how small town banks used to be.

    First, they wouldn't help us on a balance inquiry over the phone because it was two people. I assist my elder mother with everything. So, we drove the 2 hours to visit this the nearest branch. Naturally, we both needed the restroom upon arrival. No public restrooms. No access without id. What a poor excuse for a bank. No customer service because people are no longer customers; just a number and resource for further profit. Avoid a bank that will treat you like garbage.

    stay away from this bank! they lie to you and drag you out and promise all this stuff and then tell you after you get your hopes up that they cant finance you at all! what a waist of time. They are a bunch of liars!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!
