  Was much better when it was First Bank. The ATM"s touch screen has been non functional 3 of the 4 times I've tried it. And it feels like I'm accosted by the "greeter" when walking in. I don't need to be triaged coming through the door. Further, it's nearly impossible to get a person on the customer service line. I'll be shopping for a new bank. P.S. Looking at replies to previous reviews, why does it take a review to get action? KL: I'm not going to "process" this via social media. Get me a number and let's have a conversation. My name is unique enough that I'm not hard to find in the PNC system. Cheers

  Still trying to transfer funds from PNC business account for August 1 business transfer to the external new business owner. PNC REALLY does not want to give me access to the money in this account. DAY 1 (8/1, a Saturday) - went to PNC to ask for ACH. Teller said it would be an hour or more to meet with a "banker" (one of two people at a desk) for ACH. I said, print counter checks. Counter checks were not accepted by recipient's bank mobile deposit. DAY 2 (8/3, Monday) - try to set up online ACH or wire. PNC says it will take 2-3 business days for PNC to verify online ACH and wire. DAY 3 (Tuesday) - Go to branch at noon to ask teller for a wire. Teller says I have to meet a "banker" (someone at a desk). I set an appointment at 4:30, same day. DAY 3 - Return to branch for 4:30 appointment. No "banker" is available. 15 minutes later, a "banker" asks me what I need and pulls the same Teller I met with at noon to meet me at a desk to complete a wire. I ask what the fee is, she says, "$95"! I have never paid more than $25 for a domestic wire. I ask if she can do ACH, "ACH can only be done through online banking." ?!?!??!!! PNC is the WORST. 2-3 business days to complete an ACH or wire? PNC really does not want me to access this money. There will probably be more issues. People do business with people they like and trust. I do not like or trust PNC; I will cancel my business account as soon as business owner transfer happens, which may not be in August, with all of this run around.

  The wait is crazy I was the only car at the drive thought and had to wait over 15 min to be help since the new banck took over is getting so slow

  This place is terrible. Nobody else in the drive thru. Told us they were busy and it would be 5 or ten minutes. After 20 min wife went in. Not only were they not busy, they made some bs excuses. Thanks a lot first bank for selling out to these clowns.

  Terrible customer service. I came in just to find out where my new debit card was, but the woman greeting customers put me in a huge line to wait. Why couldn't one of the tellers answer such a simple question? Then I asked her for the customer service phone number, and she sent me to another line to see a teller. Really? You couldn't just give me the customer service number? What is going on there? FirstBank had excellent customer service. PNC is a huge step backward.
