I tried cancelling my accounts years ago, but one account didn't get cancelled. I have been continuing to get charged for an account I haven't used for years, causing it to rack up a bunch of fees the bank refused to work with me on reducing at all. They forced me to pay all the fees to cancel the account. I highly recommend you avoid using First Interstate Bank, as they don't care at all about their customers!
