    Closing my account and switching banks because the service is so bad it takes multiple days after I've been paid for my paychecks to be deposited into my account, they can't cash my paychecks either, and I've been late on my rent multiple times now because of my money being pending for 3-5 business days. I never had these problems before they switched from FirstBank I do not recommend this bank if you need anything done the same day

    This bank is terrible. 20 years with FirstBank without a problem and ever since PNC took over it’s been nothing but a pain. They have been taking a mortgage payment out of our account TWICE every month because of a clerical error due to the acquisition. Who can afford to make double mortgage payments. Under no circumstances should anyone consider banking with them.

    very poor phone service, I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak to a human. PNC IS A JOKE DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

    Awful. I can’t even begin to tell you how bad the bank is. Make you wait for hours just to get info, do a wire, etc AVOID
