I was the only one in the bank and there were six people working there but I had to wait 10 minutes while the only teller counted out money and everyone else ignored me. I opened my account and never received my bank card. I complained and was told that another card would be sent and nothing happened. After several tries to communicate with them I just gave up and opened another account somewhere else. I never used the account once. My initial deposit was $100 dollars and after all of the fees they took out, they only gave me $20 back. So, Compass is a great place if you don't like your money or your time.
