Use to bank with 1st Bank. When I found out PNC is replacing it. I cancelled my accounts because their top share holders are Vanguard Group and BlackRock. Despite my cancellation my information was transferred to PNC and I started to receive statements. When I went to the bank in person I was told that the account wasn’t active but my information would not be deleted. Nothing I can do about it! I’m mad

I would give this bank a negative 5 stars if I could! I got absorbed by this awful bank in June, former 1st bank customer for over 20 years and I never have had ANY issues in all those years. I have been trying my best to close this bank account and I keep getting billed for money already paid to this crappy, greedy, low life bank! I have had to file two disputes and now working on number 3! I would not touch this bank with a 10 foot pole, nor would I cross the street to piss on any fire happening at ANY of their branches. If you like keeping your money safe steer far, far away from this bank because they will do their best to keep your money and more. They will also never close your account. Middle fingers (both hands) PNC bank.

I would rate them zero if it was an option. It is truly amazing how badly a bank acquisition (Firstbank) can go, and in particular the system conversion. Communication was confusing, the technology was misfiring and the service to customers in aiding them through the transition was poorly trained and largely ineffective. We are quitting being a client of PNC but the process of moving to a differnt bank has been wrought with issues too. What a bunch of goofballs.

Do not use this branch. The tellers there are not trained in the transition from First Bank to PNC and in fact, unfortunately the tellers who were there with First Bank or unable to do transactions properly. Particularly if you're a business, you don't want to be standing in line for 25 minutes only to have the new teller take your deposit and after 15 minutes was still confused with the checks that were scanning.

Waited twenty minutes to be seen on two separate days. Never made it to the front of the line. Appears not to be able to handle the acquisition of the previous bank properly, not enough tellers available.
