- AWadam woods1 day ago1.0Waited twenty minutes to be seen on two separate days. Never made it to the front of the line. Appears not to be able to handle the acquisition of the previous bank properly, not enough tellers available.
- DRDash RiprockJun 26, 20262.0I have been banking at First Bank, now PNC, for 28 years. Was there today and waited in line for 35 minutes just to deposit a check that was too large to e-deposit. Two people working and a line to the entrance vestibule. 8 total stations available, 6 were empty. First Bank always had at least 4 or 5 people working. Went home to check my balances. Tried logging into the PNC web site on Chrome and got a blank white page. Tried 3 more times, same thing. Tried Firefox. Won't log me in. Microsoft Edge did work (I never use this browser). The phone app worked too. You would think a company this large would test the site especially considering Chrome is the #1 browser. I'm going to give this a month or two. If the customer service debacles are still occurring, there are many options for banking in Boulder. I'd likely go to Elevations to keep it local. This acquisition appears to be a money grab at the expense of the First Bank customers. Kind of a gut punch.
