  on Friday, May 2, 2025 i went to the Boulder branh located at 2775 pearl Boulder i want to make a deposit of check abecause it was nnd take off a small amount of money than a lady wich i saw hwr on traning two week ago now she was with another co worker that i saw her not long tme in traini as well, this lady who were working todo the transaction with me, told me that i can not make a deposit deposit because the check was write under my name and not for may company name i did explain to her that on this account number are both name mine and company then she asked me how long meanin time or years i have been with bank my answer it was 15,16 or 18 years but i was really surprise when she told me that my name was no on this account i request her to give me my cheeck back and took cash i raise my voice with only intention to let her that was my first time i was with difficult, another surprise seems like they were alone no supervison or manager available to be for as meditator,bad, bad bad experience and even make it worst when you know what you doing and somebody with no experience or knowledge is tray to convence yo you are wron, this never happen before, in erie, boulder longmont branches

  Okay bank- really nice staff. But seriously behind on times and technology. Business hours until 5pm?! When can us normal workers come in to bank?

  The best bank in the world. Nicest staff. Never a line. I have personal and business banking. They are not great with the faceless stuff (their app, atm features, etc) are not up to the standards of national banks... but REAL PEOPLE are inside and are super nice and helpful.
