- AAAngela Arosemena4 days ago1.0Every time I come to this bank to make the deposit I’m responsible for as the manager of the place where I work, I have issues with the specific tellers there; they are rude and ill-intentioned, and their customer service is terrible—especially a young woman named Elizabeth. I only come in to make a deposit and get change, yet she always has a problem with me; it has become personal. It’s so uncomfortable that I even resort to using the drive-thru just to avoid dealing with people like that face-to-face and having my day ruined. If you aren't trained to serve customers or simply don't like the job, then you're in the wrong line of work...

The phone numbers for the local branch offices do not work since being purchased by South State, and my password no longer works. I don't like South State Bank at all.
