  Used PNC outdoor ATM yesterday and paid their fee. Their machine gave me all 20 $ bills. I went in today to get some larger bills because I didn’t want all these small bills. There was a woman Greeter behind a desk, and I told her that I wanted to change some 20s for larger bills. She asked me if I had an account. I said: what? No, I don’t have an account, but I used your ATM yesterday and only 20s came out. She said that I had to have an account or be a member or something like that. Interesting that PNC was glad to charge me for using their ATM but wouldn’t exchange my bills in person. Greeter wasn’t friendly & she didn’t care. I do not recommend PNC, but I do recommend that you go somewhere else… like Wells Fargo. I walked into Wells Fargo a couple of blocks away. No entry desk with an unfriendly woman. Teller was happy to exchange my 20s for the exact bills I wanted. He was polite, smiled at me and thanked me - that’s how you run a bank. Just go to Wells Fargo . Where I’m from and when I travel, I’ve always been able to walk into any bank for help to change bills except, of course, PNC. Awful experience,
