- SSSkaii SykesJun 21, 20261.0Their website and app will say you paid your loan payment, and then it will disappear immediately and you won't know and they'll just never give you an alert it didn't work because their site and app are glitchy as all hell, and then they'll dock your credit for you real kindly because THEIR site doesn't work. When you confront them they'll act confused and insist their site absolutely does work and you're doing something wrong, y'know, just like every good business. The key to success I've heard is just deny deny deny. Never taking accountability is a great way to grow! So you're stuck with no way to make payments but to call in and they get annoyed each time that you're not using their app that doesn't work. I even have screen recordings of me making a payment and the payment disappearing but what does it matter to these people.

Their rates are competitive, and I haven't had any major issues with my account or the mobile app. Definitely a great local credit union.
