- NPNickolas PurcellaSep 8, 20261.0Do Not Use for any loans. Especially home loans. I have been a member with jeffco for 35 years. after the merger, there serivce have gone down hill. We tried getting a equity out of our paid off home and they keep saying we can do this loan and then part way though they said that we could not. then then sent us to Centennial Lending and they where even worse. we would call ask question and send emails and get no responce. this proccess was over 2 months and we went with another lender and got it done in less then 3 weeks.
- SSSkaii SykesJun 21, 20261.0Their website and app will say you paid your loan payment, and then it will disappear immediately and you won't know and they'll just never give you an alert it didn't work because their site and app are glitchy as all hell, and then they'll dock your credit for you real kindly because THEIR site doesn't work. When you confront them they'll act confused and insist their site absolutely does work and you're doing something wrong, y'know, just like every good business. The key to success I've heard is just deny deny deny. Never taking accountability is a great way to grow! So you're stuck with no way to make payments but to call in and they get annoyed each time that you're not using their app that doesn't work. I even have screen recordings of me making a payment and the payment disappearing but what does it matter to these people.

Highly recommend going to another bank for any services, after all they're not much help here anyways. I won't be surprised if this bank goes out of business soon. Just awful
